Neal P. Flagg was born and raised in Dallas, Texas in 1959 making him a Texas Native. He received his Preparatory and Legal education from Baylor University (B.B.A., 1981; J.D., 1983). In 1983 he was admitted to Texas State Bar and also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He handles cases throughout the state of Texas and has been called on to handle cases in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
